- 2 stalk celery
- 4 stick pretzel rods
- 2 cup snow peas
- 4 stick string cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing, low fat
- Thinly slice the celery and use as greens below the tree. Place on the bottom portion of each plate. Make a tree trunk with 1 pretzel rod in the center. The snow peas will form the palm tree leaves. Slice the string cheese into rounds and place near the tree top and on the “grass” for coconuts.
- Place a small container of ranch dressing (or hummus if preferred) at the bottom of the tree for dipping. Enjoy your tropical snack!
