Ingredients

  • 2 medium apple
  • 4 serving crackers, whole-wheat
  • 4 ounce cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Slice apples.
  • Place crackers on a baking sheet. Top each with small amount of cheese and an apple slice.
  • Place in oven for a few minutes, being sure to only heat until cheese is slightly melted. Serve warm.
