- 2 medium apple
- 4 serving crackers, whole-wheat
- 4 ounce cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Slice apples.
- Place crackers on a baking sheet. Top each with small amount of cheese and an apple slice.
- Place in oven for a few minutes, being sure to only heat until cheese is slightly melted. Serve warm.
