- 8 each rice cakes, brown rice, plain
- 1/4 cup peanut butter, all-natural
- 1/4 cup jam, all-fruit
- 4 cup, cubes watermelon
- 1 medium cucumber
- 2 cup carrots, baby
- Use a sharp knife to cut each rice cake in half. Spread peanut butter and jelly onto rice cakes, making sandwiches. Place in lunchbox along with watermelon cubes, cucumber sticks, and carrots.
