- 1 medium avocado
- 1/4 medium lime
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground
- 1 medium bell pepper, green
- 1 cup snow peas
- Mash avocado. Add a squeeze of fresh lime juice and salt and pepper to taste.
- Hollow out bell pepper and fill with avocado mixture.
- Serve with snow peas for dipping. (The bell pepper may then be sliced and eaten as well.)
