  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1/4 medium lime
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground
  • 1 medium bell pepper, green
  • 1 cup snow peas


  • Mash avocado. Add a squeeze of fresh lime juice and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Hollow out bell pepper and fill with avocado mixture.
  • Serve with snow peas for dipping. (The bell pepper may then be sliced and eaten as well.)
