Toddler-Friendly Breakfast Meal Plan

Feeding your toddler a nutritious meal isn’t always the easiest thing to do! But don’t worry-we’ve got you covered. Portable, delicious, and nutrition-packed recipes to start the day off right- so you can worry about how to get that Sharpie off the wall!

Anyone in possession of a toddler knows that they are constantly on the go. That’s why their meals need to be deliberate! You have a few precious moments to feed them before they’ve lost interest and are on to the next thing. You want to make sure the food they DO eat is packed with the nutrition their growing little bodies need. We also like recipes that are portable and easy for little fingers to hold.

As your little one transitions from baby to toddler, it’s important that they get the nutrients they used to get from breast milk or formula from a variety of different foods. It’s also a good idea to start exposing them to different flavors and textures. This will help ensure that you are encouraging adventurous eaters in the future!

Keeping these things in mind, we’ve rounded up our favorite toddler-friendly breakfasts -2 weeks worth!- to feed your little munchkins. (Psst.. They also make great snacks!)
