Fish is incredibly nutritious. And it tastes good, too! If you’re feeling a little blah at the thought of facing another chicken dinner, here are a few good reasons to swap fish into the meal rotation soon:

Eating fish is linked to a lower risk of heart disease, diabetes, and autoimmune disorders. It’s high in protein, minerals, and healthy omega-3 fatty acids. Fish can lessen childhood asthma, and improve sleep and memory. It even positively influences brain health and development… including that of babies in the womb!

All this is to say that fish is an excellent food for kids (and their parents) who want to be healthy, happy, and super smart. Add a serving of fish to your family’s meal plan this week. We brought the recipes! Scroll on.
