Turkey Swiss and Grape Sandwich

  • 8 slice whole wheat baguette
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 slice (1 oz) Swiss cheese
  • 4 slice turkey breast, deli style
  • 4 leaf outer lettuce
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground

Serve With

  • 4 medium carrot


  • Slice and toast baguettes.
  • Drizzle toasted baguette with oil. Top one slice of the baguette with cheese, lettuce, turkey, and cut up grapes. Season with pepper. Top with the second slice.
  • Serve with carrot sticks.
