- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 4 serving turkey breast, deli style
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 medium tomato, red
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 cup grapes
- Layer on each sandwich: serving of turkey, 2-3 thin slices of avocado, 1-2 thin slices of tomato and lettuce. Serve with grapes. (Condiments of choice may be added).
