- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 4 ounce cream cheese, low fat
- 1 cup almonds, sliced
- 2 cup strawberries
Toast bread. Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on each slice of bread and sprinkle with almonds. Slice strawberries and place 9 slices of strawberries over the cream cheese and almonds. Serve as an open face sandwich, or topped with another slice of bread to make it easier to hold.
Serve with steamed broccoli, and the rest of the strawberries.
