- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 4 ounce cream cheese, low fat
- 1 cup almonds, sliced
- 2 cup strawberries
- 4 cup broccoli, florets
- Toast bread. Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on each slice of bread and sprinkle with almonds. Slice strawberries and place 9 slices of strawberries over the cream cheese and almonds. Serve as an open face sandwich, or topped with another slice of bread to make it easier to hold.
- Serve with steamed broccoli, and the rest of the strawberries.
