Homemade Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can drained chickpeas (garbanzo beans), canned
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup (8 fl oz) yogurt, plain, low-fat
  • 1 fl oz Lemon juice, raw
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 dash salt
  • 4 medium carrot

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in food processor. Serve chilled with carrots.

This turned out really chunky and if you have a kid with texture issues, won’t probably be good. The taste wasn’t too bad though.
