Ingredients

  • 1 medium – tomato, red
  • 2 medium – carrot
  • 8 slice – turkey breast, deli style
  • 1 cup shredded – lettuce
  • 1 cup – cranberries, dried
  • 4 regular – English muffin, wheat
Serve With:
  • 4 medium – orange
  • 4 ounce – mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Slice tomato and grate the carrots. Place turkey, lettuce, a slice of tomato, shredded carrots and a few cranberries on each sandwich. Serve with orange slices and cheese cubes.
