I'm Amy! I am a mom of 3 teens and have a passion for healthy living.  You can find me hiking with my family in the amazing mountains of Utah, running in the early mornings, or in the kitchen experimenting with fruits and vegetables.  My background is in health education and before I started Super Healthy Kids, worked in a variety of settings teaching about healthy living. My kids will eat almost anything now, but it has taken a long time to get there so don’t give up!   


I'm Natalie.  I am a mom of 3 littles under the age of five.  I love to be in my vegetable garden, am a canning fanatic and also love running races.  I am a Dietitian and my nutrition background began in the medical field before I started with Super Healthy Kids.  My kids are great test subjects for all the fruits and vegetables being created and served up with Super Healthy Kids!
