  • 8 slice bread, wheat
  • 4 tbsp almond butter
  • 4 tsp honey

Serve With

  • 4 medium kiwi
  • 4 medium carrot


  • Toast bread and spread each of 4 slices with 1 Tbsp almond butter; drizzle each with 1 tsp honey and top with second slice of toast.  Cut in half.
  • Peel kiwi and slice in rounds.
  • Peel and cut carrots into sticks.
  • Serve nut butter sandwich with kiwi slices and carrot sticks.
