- 8 slice bread, wheat
- 4 tbsp almond butter
- 4 tsp honey
- 4 medium kiwi
- 4 medium carrot
- Toast bread and spread each of 4 slices with 1 Tbsp almond butter; drizzle each with 1 tsp honey and top with second slice of toast. Cut in half.
- Peel kiwi and slice in rounds.
- Peel and cut carrots into sticks.
- Serve nut butter sandwich with kiwi slices and carrot sticks.
