Looking for the perfect dip for your fruit? This Peanut Butter Dip only takes 5 minutes to whip up with a handful of simple ingredients. The base of this dip is a natural peanut butter, making it as healthy as it is yummy. It is a great addition for any fruit tray you are making.

This healthy peanut butter fruit dip is seriously so easy to make it’s ridiculously good. Just four simple ingredients, perfect for all your apples that will be falling off your trees as fall gets closer. Did I mention that this fruit dip has no added sugar so it’s healthy and your kids will think they are eating a dessert?

A simple dip to make with only 4 ingredients

Add your favorite all natural peanut butter, coconut milk, honey (omit if your peanut butter is already sweetened) and vanilla together in a bowl.   Whisk together until it is smooth.  I like to use a crunchy peanut butter, but feel free to use a creamy if that is what your children like. Cut your apples and pears into wedges and bananas into slices. Dip away! See, I told you that it was simple!

A piece of fruit added with this dip is an easy and yummy after school snack.  It provides both protein and healthy fats, served along with your fruit.  This will give your kids the energy they need after school while doing homework, and it will keep them more satisfied until dinner time unlike typical sugary after school snacks.  A balanced snack should always contain a fruit/veggie, a protein and a grain.  You could dip pretzels, or even crackers in this dip also!

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter, all-natural
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 medium pear
