Peachy Mango Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 fruit MANGO, FRESH
- 2 medium (2-2/3″ dia) peach
- 1 cup, sliced strawberries
- 1/2 tbsp mint, fresh
- 2 tbsp sweet red chili sauce
- 4 oz tortilla chips
Instructions
- Cube mango and peaches. Slice strawberries Chop mint leaves. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Serve immediately with tortilla chips. or store covered, in the refrigerator.
