Ingredients

  • 2 fruit MANGO, FRESH
  • 2 medium (2-2/3″ dia) peach
  • 1 cup, sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 tbsp mint, fresh
  • 2 tbsp sweet red chili sauce
  • 4 oz tortilla chips

Instructions

  • Cube mango and peaches. Slice strawberries  Chop mint leaves.  Mix all ingredients in a bowl.  Serve immediately with tortilla chips. or store covered, in the refrigerator.
