Instructions
- Wash, peel, core and slice apples.
- Toss together with cinnamon and nutmeg in a large zip-top plastic bag, coating apples.
- Place apple mixture, honey and water in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, 8 to 10 minutes or until apples are tender.
