Almond Butter & Jam Sandwich
Ingredients
- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 4 tablespoon almond butter
- 4 tablespoon jam, all-fruit
Serve With
- 1 medium avocado
- 2 cup strawberries
- 2 cup edamame, shelled
- 4 medium carrot
Instructions
- Spread each of 4 slices of bread with 1 tablespoon almond butter and the other 4 slices with 1 tablespoon jam. Put together to form sandwiches, cutting out fun shapes from the middle using a cookie cutter if desired.
- Serve with avocado and strawberry slices, edamame, and carrot sticks on the side.
