Almond Butter & Jam Sandwich

  • 8 slice bread, whole wheat
  • 4 tablespoon almond butter
  • 4 tablespoon jam, all-fruit

Serve With

  • 1 medium avocado
  • 2 cup strawberries
  • 2 cup edamame, shelled
  • 4 medium carrot


  • Spread each of 4 slices of bread with 1 tablespoon almond butter and the other 4 slices with 1 tablespoon jam. Put together to form sandwiches, cutting out fun shapes from the middle using a cookie cutter if desired.
  • Serve with avocado and strawberry slices, edamame, and carrot sticks on the side.
