- 2 cup yogurt, plain, low-fat
- 2 cup blackberries, frozen
- 2 medium peach
- Divide yogurt into 1/2 cup portions. Chop peaches; set berries out to thaw.
- Top each portion of yogurt with equal portions of berries and peaches.
- Serve immediately.
