  • 4 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla
  • 2 cup mixed berries, frozen
  • 2 tablespoon wheat germ


  • Add 1 cup yogurt and 1/2 cup frozen berries to each of 4 containers (mason jars work well). Mix well, cover, and allow to sit in the refrigerator over night, allowing berries to thaw and natural juices to mix with the yogurt.
  • Serve topped with a sprinkle of wheat germ.
