  • 2 medium apple
  • 8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar
  • 4 cup yogurt, plain
  • 1 cup granola
  • 2 medium banana


  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Peel and core apples; thinly slice, and toss with cinnamon and agave in a large mixing bowl.
  • Bake apple slices on a baking sheet for 20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, divide the yogurt among 4 serving bowls.
  • Sprinkle yogurt with granola and slices of banana. Top with baked apples. Enjoy!
