Ingredients

  • 4 cup (4.86 large eggs) egg
  • 4 medium pear
  • 4 medium freezer waffles
  • 4 tablespoon maple syrup, pure

Instructions

  • Boil eggs to the hard boiled stage.  Peel and set aside.
  • While eggs boil,  cut pear into wedges or cubes.
  • Toast waffles and cut into quarters.
  • Serve one egg with waffle squares, pure maple syrup on the side for dipping, and pears.
