  • 1 cup hummus
  • 4 serving crackers, whole-wheat
  • 4 medium carrot
  • 2 cup edamame, shelled
  • 2 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen


  • Using a divided lunchbox insert or separate containers, add each ingredient to a lunch box.  The yogurt and frozen berries may be placed in same container and the fruit will thaw throughout the morning.
