- 2 medium sweet potato
- 8 slice turkey breast, deli style
- 1 cup yogurt, plain
- 1 cup grapes
- 4 stalk celery
- 2 cup sugar snap peas
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Poke potatoes with fork 2-3 times and wrap in foil. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve with sliced turkey breast, yogurt topped with grapes, celery sticks, and sugar snap peas.
