Small Bites Lunch

  • 4 large egg
  • 4 ounce colby cheese
  • 4 slice ham, deli sliced
  • 1 cup, cubes cantaloupe
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cup carrots, baby
  • 1 cup edamame, shelled


  • Hard-boil eggs. Cool to room temperature and peel.
  • Cut all ingredients into bite-sized pieces if needed. Serve on a plate or pack in containers for a lunch to-go.
