- 8 medium freezer waffles
- 1/2 cup peanut butter, all-natural
- 1/4 cup jam, all-fruit
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- Toast waffles; spread with peanut butter and jelly and make sandwiches. Cut into quarters.
- Peel cucumber and cut into slices.
- Place all ingredients into lunchbox containers, keeping waffles separate so they don’t get soggy.
