- 8 medium freezer waffles
- 1/2 cup peanut butter, all-natural
- 1/4 cup jam, all-fruit
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
Toast waffles; spread with peanut butter and jelly and make sandwiches. Cut into quarters.
Peel cucumber and cut into slices.
Place all ingredients into lunchbox containers, keeping waffles separate so they don’t get soggy.
