Overnight Cinnamon Oats

  • 2 cup oats, dry
  • 2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 4 medium banana
  • 1/8 cup maple syrup, pure
  • 1/4 cup, sliced ALMONDS


  • Using a large sealable container (or four individual serving size containers), mix together the oats, milk, cinnamon and almond butter; blend well to combine.  Allow to sit in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Serve in the morning topped with banana slices, maple syrup, and almond slices.
