- 2 cup spinach
- 2 cup, chopped kale
- 1/4 medium lemon
- 2 cup orange juice
- 2 medium banana
- Rinse and dry spinach and kale. Juice 1/4 of a lemon.
- Add orange juice, lemon juice, spinach, and kale, to a high powered blender and blend thoroughly.
- Add bananas (can be frozen if desired) to the blender and blend again until smooth. Add ice until desired consistency is reached.
