- 2 medium cucumber
- 8 slice turkey breast, deli style
- 1/2 cup hummus
- Slice cucumber into 1/2 inch slices. Cut turkey into quarters. Add a small slice of turkey to each cucumber slice and then top with a dollop of hummus. Serve or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
