Healthy Chocolate Milkshake

Servings: 4 1.5 cup


  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 4 tablespoon cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 2/3 cup oats, dry
  • 2 medium banana
  • 3 cup, chopped kale
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup, pure
  • 1/8 cup peanut butter, all-natural


  • Pour milk into a blender. Add the rest of the ingredients, and 2-4 cups ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses. Serve immediately.
