- 1 1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 4 tablespoon cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 2/3 cup oats, dry
- 2 medium banana
- 3 cup, chopped kale
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup, pure
- 1/8 cup peanut butter, all-natural
- Pour milk into a blender. Add the rest of the ingredients, and 2-4 cups ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses. Serve immediately.
