Crackers, Cheese Stick, Fruit & Veg

  • 4 large egg
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 4 serving crackers, Triscuit
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 4 stick string cheese
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 4 medium tangerine (mandarin orange)


  • Hard boil eggs; cool, peel, then slice in half. Slice cucumber or cut into sticks.
  • Add all ingredients to lunchboxes in separate compartments/containers.
