Serving Size = 1.5 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup – almond milk, unsweetened
  • 4 tablespoon – cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 2/3 cup – oats, dry
  • 2 medium – banana
  • 3 cup, chopped – kale
  • 1 tablespoon – maple syrup, pure
  • 1/8 cup – peanut butter, all-natural

Directions

  1. Pour milk into a blender. Add the rest of the ingredients, and 2-4 cups ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses. Serve immediately. 
*Stevia or agave can be substituted for maple syrup, and baby spinach can be substituted for kale.
