Peanut Butter and Banana Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 3 cup water
- 1 1/2 cup oats, dry
- 2 medium banana
- 1/8 cup peanut butter, all-natural
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan.
- Stir in oats and cook for 1-2 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
- Slice bananas and stir into cooked oats, along with peanut butter and vanilla.
- Serve warm.
