  • 2 medium banana
  • 1 1/3 cup oats, dry
  • 1 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter, all-natural
  • 1 cup blueberries


  • Slightly mash bananas. In a large microwave safe bowl, mix bananas with oats, milk, egg whites, and cinnamon.
  • Cook in microwave for 3-4 minutes, stopping halfway through to stir. Add more cook time if needed, being sure to stir frequently.
  • Top off with peanut butter and fresh berries.
