Mediterranean Lunchbox
Ingredients
- 1 medium cucumber
- 4 large naan
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 1 cup black olives, canned
- 1 cup chickpeas (garbanzo beans), canned
- 1 cup mandarin oranges, canned in juice
Instructions
- A super easy lunchbox option that only requires slicing the cucumber and adding everything to little containers that will slip into a lunchbox.
