Honey Apple Pops
Ingredients
- 4 medium apple
- 1 cup peanut butter, all-natural
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 8 wooden Popsicle Sticks
Instructions
- Rinse and completely dry apples. Slice into quarters. Mix natural peanut butter and honey (if you have pre-sweetened peanut butter, no need to add honey).
- Insert popsicle sticks into apples. Spread apples with peanut butter and sprinkle with coconut.
