  • 4 medium apple
  • 1 cup peanut butter, all-natural
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 8 wooden Popsicle Sticks


  • Rinse and completely dry apples.  Slice into quarters. Mix natural peanut butter and honey (if you have pre-sweetened peanut butter, no need to add honey).
  • Insert popsicle sticks into apples. Spread apples with peanut butter and sprinkle with coconut.
