Finger Food Lunchtime
Ingredients
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 cup pineapple
- 2 cup edamame, shelled
- 1 cup black olives, canned
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 4 ounce pretzel sticks or twists
- 1 cup blueberries
Serve With
- 4 tablespoon almond butter
Instructions
- Slice cucumbers and pineapple and place onto plate along with edamame, olives, cherry tomatoes, pretzels, and blueberries. Serve with almond butter (or any nut butter) for dipping.
