Breakfast Apple Sandwich
Ingredients
- 4 medium apple
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 4 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup cranberries, dried
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1/4 ounce chia seeds
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
Instructions
- Using 3 thick horizontal slices of an apple, spread almond butter on the first apple slice and drizzle with honey. Place the second apple slice on and drizzle with a little more honey. Sprinkle with seeds, nuts, and dried cranberries. Top with the third thick apple slice (top of the apple) and enjoy. Sandwich can be rearranged according to your imagination. Use your favorite type of nut too.
