  • 2 cup oats, dry
  • 2 cup water
  • 4 teaspoon wheat germ


  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 medium peach
  • 4 tablespoon maple syrup, pure
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup almonds, sliced


  • Divide oats, water and wheat germ among four mason jars (or a large dish that can be covered).  Allow to sit overnight.
  • In the morning, stir the oats. Slice fruit and add the toppings; serve.
