  • 8 medium freezer waffles
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup raisins, seedless


  • 4 cup spinach
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup vinegar, raspberry

Serve With

  • 2 stalk celery


  • Toast waffles and spread each with cream cheese. Top 4 waffles with raisins and form waffle sandwiches.
  • Toss spinach and cherry tomatoes together with the raspberry vinegar.
  • Cut celery into sticks.
  • Serve each sandwich with spinach salad and celery sticks on the side.
