- 4 medium pear
- 4 medium freezer waffles
- 4 tablespoon maple syrup, pure
- Boil eggs to the hard boiled stage. Peel and set aside.
- While eggs boil, cut pear into wedges or cubes.
- Toast waffles and cut into quarters.
- Serve one egg with waffle squares, pure maple syrup on the side for dipping, and pears.
