  • 4 medium tomato, red
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 ounce cheddar cheese


  • Preheat broiler.
  • Slice tomatoes in half and scoop out the seeds.
  • Fill each half with guacamole; top with salsa and shredded cheese.
  • Place onto a baking sheet and broil for 5 minutes until cheese has melted.
