- 4 medium tomato, red
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 ounce cheddar cheese
- Preheat broiler.
- Slice tomatoes in half and scoop out the seeds.
- Fill each half with guacamole; top with salsa and shredded cheese.
- Place onto a baking sheet and broil for 5 minutes until cheese has melted.
