Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup steel cut oats
  • 1/2 cup millet, raw
  • 1/2 cup quinoa, uncooked
  • 6 cup water

Toppings

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup almonds, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened

Instructions

  • Mix together oats, millet, quinoa, and water in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until desired texture is reached.
  • Top with blueberries, almonds, cinnamon, and almond milk (or other milk product of choice).
  • Serve immediately.
