- 8 medium freezer waffles
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 4 medium carrot
- Toast waffles and slice strawberries.
- Spread almond butter onto each waffle, then drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with coconut and sliced strawberries. (It may help to warm the almond butter a little bit so it is more spreadable.)
- Peel carrots and cut into sticks; serve alongside waffles.
