Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats, dry
  • 1/2 cup cranberries, dried, sweetened
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  • The night before serving, add oats and dried cranberries to a large, sealable container (a large canning jar would work great!).
  • Pour juice over mixture, seal, and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, simply add nuts and serve!
