Pineapple Whip

  • 2 cup, chunks pineapple
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon honey


  • Freeze the pineapple chunks (preferably overnight). May also use frozen pineapple if desired.
  • Blend frozen pineapple with almond milk and honey until a sorbet texture is achieved.
  • Scoop into serving dishes or for an authentic Dole Whip presentation, transfer to a large plastic bag. Cut off the tip to create a piping bag. Pipe into dishes and serve immediately.
