- 4 oz bread, whole wheat
- 4 large egg
Heat a skillet. Cut circles from 4 slices of bread.
Spray the skillet with cooking spray, and lay out one slice of bread onto the skillet.
Crack the egg into the center of the bread. Cook until egg is set (put a lid on it if you want it to cook, while keeping the yolk visible.) Otherwise, flip over and cook on both sides.
“Grill” up the center bread circle in the hot pan with cooking spray as well.
Serve with bananas.
