- 4 oz bread, whole wheat
- 4 large egg
- 4 medium banana
- Heat a skillet. Cut circles from 4 slices of bread.
- Spray the skillet with cooking spray, and lay out one slice of bread onto the skillet.
- Crack the egg into the center of the bread. Cook until egg is set (put a lid on it if you want it to cook, while keeping the yolk visible.) Otherwise, flip over and cook on both sides.
- “Grill” up the center bread circle in the hot pan with cooking spray as well.
- Serve with bananas.
