  • 2 cup strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
  • 2 cup oats, dry
  • 1/2 cup, chopped walnuts
  • 4 cup milk


  • Thaw strawberries or defrost in the microwave. Smash with a fork or a potato masher.
  • Prepare oatmeal as directed on package, using water.
  • Top oatmeal with smashed strawberries and walnuts; serve a glass of milk along with each serving.
