Ingredients

  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup Tahini
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Serve With

  • 2 cup carrots, baby
  • 1 cup broccoli, florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower, florets

Instructions

  • Chop zucchini into small pieces.  Place in blender along with olive oil, tahini, garlic cloves, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  • Serve with carrots and broccoli and cauliflower florets.
