- 2 medium banana
- 2 cup spinach
- 1 1/2 cup pumpkin, canned
- 4 medium dates, Medjool
- 2 cup soy milk
- 1/8 cup flaxseed, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 4 slice bread, multi-grain
- 4 tablespoon almond butter
Mix together all ingredients in a blender.
Add ice cubes until desired consistency is reached.
Toast each slice of bread and spread with almond butter to serve alongside your smoothie.
