Sweet Pumpkin Smoothie

  • 2 medium banana
  • 2 cup spinach
  • 1 1/2 cup pumpkin, canned
  • 4 medium dates, Medjool
  • 2 cup soy milk
  • 1/8 cup flaxseed, ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Serve With

  • 4 slice bread, multi-grain
  • 4 tablespoon almond butter


  • Mix together all ingredients in a blender.
  • Add ice cubes until desired consistency is reached.
  • Toast each slice of bread and spread with almond butter to serve alongside your smoothie.
